I can no longer work due to medical conditions, I am part of the Mentalk men’s group at the powerstation in Cwmbran

I take an active role in helping other members of our men's group, I am also part of the Check and Challenge team in Bron Afon and give my thoughts and experiences on dealing with navigating through the system with disabilities and other complications in mind .
