Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) (CITB Health, Safety and Environment) Torfaen Adult Community Learning is now a fully approved test centre for candidates to undertake CITB tests. CSCS cards are required as proof of competence by contractors, public and private clients and others in the Construction Industry.
